Video: Romney Writes Off 47% of the U.S.
September 20, 2012By Tiffani Knowles

During a private fundraiser on May 17 held at the Boca Raton home of controversial private equity manager, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney told a small group of wealthy contributors that there are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the current president no matter what, stating these Americans don't pay taxes, don't assume responsibility for their lives, and think government should take care of them.

Fielding a question from a donor about how he could triumph in November, Romney replied in the below video.

Is this video a game-changer in the 2012 election? Can it be compared to the clinging to 'guns and religion' gaffe of Obama in 2008?

I wonder how many votes he is going to get after this. He really doesn't care about anyone who has food stamps, and people who aren't fortunate enough to have insurance. The little guy doesn't count in his book and that is sad, some people actually work hard everyday and they still get overlooked, he will never know what its like and will continually judge something he doesn't understand. Obama will win, he will get the 47% and he will get the extra votes because he is a people person,he can relate and connect with people, and that is what people want and will respect. I know its takes more than that, but I believe he has what it takes, he had 4 years and I believe he will do 4 more.
