High on Soda?

Ever heard of the flavors, "Doc Weed,” "Sour Diesel,” or "Orange Kush?” Don't feel left out because, apparently, no one has. Entrepreneur Clay Butler has developed a soda pot product or a medical soft drink brand named "Canna Cola” that could change the intake of marijuana as we know it.
Butler compared his pot soda to a "light beer" with a "mild marijuana taste." He also described himself as a "clean-living guy,” and tells sources that he doesn't smoke and is striving to get his marijuana potent drinks into California's dispensaries this spring.
Medical marijuana has been legal in California for over 13 years.
Surprisingly, this is not the first time many have attempted to make marijuana a drink. In certain medical marijuana stores, it has been sold both as an edible and a drinkable substance, making Canna Cola not very innovative.
Yet, according to CNN News, it is the style and look of the bottle seems to be bringing about a controversy.
"This should appear to be a legitimate form of medication not a soda pop that children can easily confuse for a real soda pop,” said Bob Cooke, Regional Director with the State Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
It is important that all types of medical marijuana be clearly marked and be taken with great caution as they would any other types of medication.
The $10-$15 bottle will be launching first in Colorado next month through legal approval and will be sold only in dispensaries.
