For its one year anniversary, City Church in Anaheim, CA celebrated its achievement in a special, yet unconventional way.
On September 12, the ministry gathered at Chain Reaction, a local punk rock club that allows the church to meet there on Sundays free of charge.
Pastor Kyle Bonenberge along with 10 parishioners agreed to get matching tattoos of the church's logo if 200 people showed up.
"It breaks a barrier for people who would never walk into a church. It breaks that wall down," said Bonenberge, 26.
