West has been working closely with Executive VP of Gap Design Patrick Robinson in hopes to help make the brand more hip.
"He works all the time, and one Friday night recently, he stayed until 12 a.m," Us Weekly reported. "He's learning the fashion business from the inside and trying to do it quietly."
West is interested in gaining first-hand experience, but it has not been confirmed whether or not he will start his own line for Gap stores.
