Locator, locate my love child!

A 15-year-old pastor’s daughter gives her newborn up for adoption.
Twenty years, a blissful marriage and two kids later, she is visited by a dark-haired stranger.
“Hi. My name is Troy Dunn. I’m here on behalf of the daughter you gave up as a teenager. She wants to meet you.”
These words can tear at the heart of a woman who’s painstakingly chosen to block out that segment of her life and conveniently neglected
to tell her husband that she’s mothered other children.
This fall, WE (Women’s Entertainment) TV presented a new series that has the potential for colossal meltdowns, red-faced shouting
matches and tearfully joyous reunions – all the components you need in good reality TV.
From the network that portrayed the crazed broads of Bridezillas and the grim female inmates of Women Behind Bars, “The Locator”
is probably one of the most interesting reality shows to be picked up by WE to date. It will strike a delicate balance between intense
drama and tender-heartedness.
Our hope is that they push the envelope with this one a bit so that both Lifetime (#1 cable network for women) and Oxygen have to
step up their game.
