Baracking It Out in the 21st Century
November 10, 2008By Tiffani Knowles

Deafening chants filled the victory gathering in downtown Chicago on November 4th as
the candidate for "change" stood to deliver a victory speech that paid tribute to his
real-life Claire Huxtable (Michelle Obama), his adorable pair of Rudy & Vanessa
look-a-like daughters (Sasha and Malia) and the most bangin' campaign team in history.

"If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things
are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time,
who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer," said President-
elect Barack Obama.

No matter who one voted for on that fateful Tuesday, one cannot deny
the smarts and savvy employed to position Obama as the next president of
The United States as being  the most avant-garde ever seen.

The vote wouldn't have been "Baracked" at all if it weren't for his campaign manager,
David Plouffe - " ... the unsung hero of this campaign, who built the best --
the best political campaign in the history of the United States of America."

No doubt, Obama's success is attributed to some serious unprecedented resources thought up by a Plouffe out-of-body
experience, no less. From his genius "O-brand" logo and Facebook, MySpace, MiGente and gazillion other social networking
mobilizers to his super dee duper IPhone/IPod Touch Application, you gotta give it to him.

Take something as revolutionary as the IPhone Application that actually organizes your personal phonebook by swing state,
such as Virginia or Colorado - giving each contact a status, telling the caller whom he or she has dialed. Users could  also
watch videos, donate money, receive updates and check out local events. This gadget put activism in the hands of a tech-
crazed youth population that turned out in droves come voting day.

This was a campaign to be modeled for generations to come. But, then again, that $600 million budget gives one a bit of room to
be creative. :-)
